Saunders Fine Arts Photography - Scouting Landscapes

One of many things I am looking forward to with our new lifestyle is that we will have more time to pursue our passions. More time for creation for the sake of it, more time to document whatever strikes our fancy. This August and September are a whirlwind of preparing to hit the road and wrapping up remaining work commitments, so we aren't yet spending as much time as we would like just exploring and watching, waiting for the best light or time of day to strike whatever peaks our interest. Soon, though.

We did manage to spend a sunrise last week at a lake near where we are camping right now, trying to catch steam rising off a warm lake on a cool morning, and trying to capture the mood of a solitary dock on a relatively hidden pond.
